Tragic Accident in Rajasthan Claims Lives of Eleven
Fatal Collision in Dausa District
In a heartbreaking incident early Wednesday morning in Dausa district, Rajasthan, a pickup truck collided with a stationary lorry, resulting in the deaths of seven children and four women, while eight others sustained injuries, according to police reports.
The Superintendent of Police for Dausa, Sagar, informed a news agency that the accident occurred near Manoharpur. The victims were returning to their village in Etah, Uttar Pradesh, after visiting the Khatu Shyam and Salasar Balaji temples.
He mentioned, "The pickup truck was carrying over 20 passengers. It crashed into a truck parked on the service lane of the highway. The incident took place between four and five in the morning." The police superintendent also noted that among the injured, one person is in critical condition.
