Fatal Collision in Beed District

A tragic incident occurred in Beed district of Maharashtra on Wednesday morning, resulting in the death of a 38-year-old man following a collision between a tanker loaded with ash and a motorcycle, according to police reports.


The accident took place at the Lokhandi Sawargaon T-point in the Ambajogai tehsil. Authorities stated that the tanker, which was traveling from Kada in the Ashti tehsil towards Parli Wazirnath, collided with a motorcycle coming from the opposite direction.


Details of the Incident

According to police, the motorcyclist died at the scene. The deceased has been identified as Somnath Popat Pawar, a resident of Ashti.


In connection with the incident, the tanker driver, Narayan Sawase, has been taken into custody. Investigations into the circumstances surrounding the accident are currently underway.
