In a tragic incident on Friday night, two farmers lost their lives due to a car collision in Jaisalmer district, as reported by local authorities. The accident occurred in the Sangad police jurisdiction.
According to police reports, the victims, Bhuraram (42) and Surta Ram (51), were traveling to Mohangarh with a tractor and trolley for agricultural purposes. While fixing a flat tire near the Bhelani toll plaza, their tractor was struck by a speeding car.
Emergency services transported the farmers to a nearby hospital, where they were pronounced dead by medical staff. The police are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the incident.
