In a tragic incident on the Thakurdwara-Jaspur road in Muradabad district, three motorcyclists lost their lives due to a collision with a speeding unidentified vehicle amidst dense fog. This information was confirmed by local police on Wednesday.
According to Ashish Pratap Singh, the police area officer, the accident occurred late Tuesday night when an unknown vehicle struck a motorcycle carrying three individuals. The victims, identified as Omkar (25), Rakesh (22), and Mukesh (40), died at the scene.
Upon receiving the report, law enforcement arrived promptly and sent the bodies for post-mortem examination. Singh mentioned that the police are reviewing CCTV footage from nearby areas to identify the vehicle involved in the accident.
