Fatal Incident in Geeta Colony

A tragic accident occurred on Sunday near Kundan Nagar in the Geeta Colony area of East Delhi, resulting in the death of a 26-year-old bike taxi driver. Authorities reported the incident after receiving a call around 3:30 PM regarding an accident.


Upon arrival at the scene, police discovered a man trapped under the wheels of a water tanker. According to officials, there were no eyewitnesses present when the police team reached the location.


Initial investigations revealed that the victim was riding his motorcycle at the time of the accident and worked as a bike taxi driver. An official stated that although he was wearing a helmet, his head was completely crushed under the rear wheel of the tanker, leading to his immediate death. The deceased has been identified as Jubair Ali, a resident of Baghpat district in Uttar Pradesh.
