Details of the Incident

According to police reports, the suspects created chaos inside the restaurant located just a few meters from the Morta police station late Saturday night. Families dining there were forced to hide in the kitchen to escape the situation, while some managed to flee the premises.

Legal Action Taken

A case has been registered against the accused based on a complaint filed by the restaurant owner, Akshat Tyagi. Assistant Commissioner of Police (ACP) Poonam Mishra from Nandgram stated that after reviewing CCTV footage, the police arrested Rajdeep Tyagi (34), Anshi Tyagi (19), and Monty Jaat (22) near the Delhi-Meerut Road cut on Sunday.

Motive Behind the Attack

During interrogation, the arrested individuals revealed that they had visited the restaurant on June 6, where they had a dispute over poor service.
