Around 1:15 PM, the fire station in Vaishali received a call regarding a person stuck inside a clinic in Abhay Khand. Acting swiftly, a rescue team led by fire officials was dispatched to the scene.

Upon arrival, it was discovered that Abhishek, a resident of Bihar, had entered the clinic through the roof with the intent to steal. However, while attempting to descend, he got his neck wedged between the shutter and a concrete wall, leaving him unable to escape.
