Tejashwi Yadav's Accusations Against Bihar Government

Tejashwi Yadav, a leader of the RJD, has once again targeted the Bihar government led by Chief Minister Nitish Kumar. He accused the administration of appointing relatives of NDA leaders to significant positions. To highlight this issue, he proposed the establishment of a separate 'Jamai Commission' aimed at appeasing the relatives of NDA leaders. Recently, he had also mocked the Chief Minister, claiming that the Bihar government has favored the sons-in-law of NDA leaders with key roles. Yadav asserted that 50% of the ministers in Nitish's government are dynastic.

In an effort to expose the nepotism promoted by Nitish Kumar, Yadav called for the formation of the 'Jamai Commission.' Speaking to reporters, he referenced Prime Minister Narendra Modi's honorary citizenship awarded by Cyprus. He remarked, "He is the Prime Minister of India, which is likely why he received this honor. However, when discussing the real situation in the country, we face unemployment, poverty, and rising prices. The government has done little beyond distributing free rations. But what about people's homes, jobs, education, and healthcare?"

Yadav continued, stating, 'Modi frequently speaks against dynastic politics, yet he should come and see what is happening in Bihar. We had previously demanded a Special Arrangement Commission. There should be a Jamai Commission, but now there should also be a Jija Commission. So many relatives are being appointed to positions. Officials are assisting their relatives in adjusting within the system. The Prime Minister overlooks this. Whenever PM Modi visits Bihar, he only criticizes us. Yet, he never questions what is happening within his own coalition. There is a quota for the RSS. Can the Chief Minister tell us how many ministers are from the RSS?

He added that even those who lose elections in Bihar are appointed as ministers. Some have even retained their positions after their terms ended. Those same individuals are now lecturing us.' The RJD leader accused the Bihar government of losing control, with leaders acting at their discretion and plundering the state. Yadav stated, "Everything is happening based on relationships, with one quota for daughters and another for sons-in-law. The 'Bhaichara Commission' should be established as soon as possible. The Chief Minister has no control, and his party members are pleased and doing as they wish. They are looting Bihar."
