In this clip, she appears joyful and mentions that PM Modi has forgiven her, which she considers a significant gesture. Previously, in another video, the girl was seen pleading for forgiveness from the entire nation with folded hands. She expressed her deep embarrassment and admitted to being unable to look anyone in the eye. While she claimed to be 15 years old, the FIR filed by the Noida police recorded her age as 25. She publicly acknowledged her mistake and sought forgiveness from everyone.


Incident During CJP Protest

According to police reports, the incident occurred on July 23, 2026, during a protest by the Cockroach People's Party at Jantar Mantar in Delhi. It was during this event that the girl made highly offensive and derogatory comments about PM Modi. The complaint was filed by Smriti Singh, a Supreme Court lawyer from Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, which prompted the Noida police to take action.


Legal Consequences

The complaint stated that the girl's actions undermined the dignity of the Prime Minister's constitutional position. It was alleged that her statements were intended to incite social unrest and disrupt public peace. The Noida police have registered a case against her under sections 352, 353(1), and 356(1) of the BNS, which could result in a prison sentence of 2 to 3 years along with fines.
