MK Stalin Admitted to Hospital Following Dizziness
This morning, MK Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, experienced mild dizziness during his morning walk and was subsequently admitted to Apollo Hospital located on Greams Road in Chennai. An official update confirmed that he was brought in for monitoring and medical evaluation.
In a press release issued by Apollo Hospital, Dr. Anil B.G., the director of medical services, stated that the Chief Minister was admitted for a thorough examination of his symptoms. His son, Udhayanidhi Stalin, along with the Deputy Chief Minister, informed reporters that doctors have advised him to rest, adding that his condition is improving.
Udhayanidhi mentioned, "The physician treating him has recommended rest. His busy schedule over the past few months has taken a toll on him." When asked about the possibility of the Chief Minister being discharged from the hospital, he replied, "Soon."
The hospital provided further details about Stalin's health, indicating that he has been advised to rest for an additional three days and undergo some further tests for evaluation. It is expected that he will continue to fulfill his duties from the hospital during this period.
Meanwhile, Edappadi K. Palaniswami, the General Secretary of the All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK), expressed his wishes for Stalin's swift recovery during a roadshow in Mannargudi (Thiruvarur district). State Water Resources Minister Durai Murugan, who visited the Chief Minister in the hospital, reported that his condition is improving. He later told reporters, "The Chief Minister is doing well and will return home soon."
Dr. Anil B.G. reiterated in a statement that Stalin has been admitted to Apollo Hospital.
