Cycling Adventure in Kodai Kanal
On Tuesday, M.K. Stalin, the Chief Minister of Tamil Nadu, enthusiastically cycled around the star-shaped lake in Kodai Kanal, relishing the chilly weather and picturesque views. He had arrived in the Dindigul district's Kodai Kanal the previous Saturday for a brief family vacation. This morning, temperatures around the lake ranged from 11°C to 13°C, with a layer of mist blanketing the lake's surface, enhancing the area's charm. Enjoying the pleasant and cool climate, the Chief Minister continued his morning walk for the third consecutive day, taking in the beauty of the fog-covered lake. Early in the morning, a large crowd of tourists, locals, and party workers gathered near the lake to catch a glimpse of him. He interacted with everyone, smiling for selfies and photos, while also walking for nearly two kilometers.
Cycling Around the Lake
Following his walk, he set out to cycle around the lake. Tourists, locals, and party members along the lakeside road watched him with great enthusiasm as he rode his bicycle.
Deputy Chief Minister's Trip to Dubai
Meanwhile, reports indicate that Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin is heading to Dubai for a short trip after the completion of voting for the assembly elections. He departed from Chennai International Airport with his family on Friday morning.
Encouraging Voter Participation
On Thursday, Chief Minister M.K. Stalin expressed confidence that Tamil Nadu would succeed. He cast his vote at a polling station in Chennai and urged others to do the same. He stated, "Just as I exercised my right, everyone should fulfill their democratic duty; it is essential... Tamil Nadu will win." Alongside him, his wife Durga Stalin, Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin, and other family members also cast their votes at the Chennai polling station.
A Call to Vote
Kritiga Udhayanidhi, wife of Udhayanidhi Stalin, encouraged everyone to get out and vote, sharing, "I have been doing this for the past 25 years. My son is voting for the first time." M.K. Stalin contested the elections from his stronghold, the Kolathur assembly constituency.
