Suspicious Deaths of Two Young Individuals in Etah District Raise Concerns

Tragic Discovery in Etah

Authorities in Etah district have reported the discovery of the bodies of a 17-year-old girl and an 18-year-old boy under suspicious circumstances. This information was shared by police officials on Tuesday.

According to police, the young man was a 12th-grade student, while the girl was in the 11th grade, both hailing from the Mirhachi police jurisdiction. Their remains have been sent for autopsy.

As per police reports, the boy's condition deteriorated, prompting his family to rush him to the Veerangana Avanti Bai Medical College in Etah, where he was pronounced dead. Shortly after, the girl was also brought to the same facility, where she too was declared deceased.

Local residents indicated that the two were from the same area and had a romantic relationship, although their families have refrained from commenting on the matter. The families initially planned to take the bodies home without an autopsy, but the police were alerted to the situation.

Upon receiving the information, a police team promptly arrived at the scene. Sources revealed that the bodies were reportedly found hanging in their respective homes before being transported to the hospital. The area officer, Sankalp Deep Kushwaha, conducted an inspection of the site.

To gather evidence, a field unit and a dog squad were summoned to the location. The police stated that the true causes of death will only be determined after the autopsy reports are received, and they are currently investigating all aspects of the case.
