Discovery of a Mysterious Balloon

A peculiar balloon was found near the Sheetla Mata temple, situated below the village of Chaladi in the Gram Panchayat of Nagali, District Chamba. This balloon, featuring a combination of white, black, and green colors, was attached to a string and had inscriptions in English stating 'PIA' alongside Urdu text. Additionally, it displayed the emblem of the Pakistani flag.


Following the report, the Dalhousie police, under the leadership of the DSP, promptly arrived at the scene to conduct an examination. They recorded the statement of Subhash Kumar, the former village head, at the location.


The incident was swiftly communicated to higher authorities and the Army Headquarters located at Dalhousie Cantonment. An army unit subsequently arrived, inspected the balloon, and took it for further analysis.


Officials are treating this situation with utmost seriousness, and the balloon has been entrusted to the army for a comprehensive investigation.
