Discovery of a Suspicious Balloon

On Wednesday at approximately 8:00 AM, Subhash Sharma, the former Pradhan of Gram Panchayat Nagali, alerted the Khairi Police Station regarding a peculiar balloon he had discovered. In response to this report, DSP Mayank Sharma, along with the Khairi police team, promptly arrived at the location near the village of Toba.


Upon investigation, the officers found a white and blue balloon caught in some bushes. The balloon displayed the letters “PIA” in English and featured a printed image of the Pakistani flag. Subhash Sharma and several local residents were present during the balloon's recovery.


DSP Mayank Sharma took custody of the balloon and secured it in the police station's malkhana (storehouse). Authorities have initiated a thorough investigation into this incident.


Interestingly, a similar balloon was discovered in the same vicinity just days prior. This incident marks the second occurrence in the area, raising alarm among residents and prompting increased vigilance from law enforcement.
