NCP MP Criticizes Air India for Service Issues

NCP Member of Parliament Supriya Sule expressed her frustration with Air India following a significant delay of over three hours on her flight. She took to social media to voice her concerns about the airline's lack of communication during the ordeal.

In her post on X, Sule stated, "I am traveling from Delhi to Pune on Air India flight AI 2971. The flight has been delayed for more than three hours, and there has been no clear communication, updates, or assistance provided. The service has been extremely poor. Such delays and mismanagement are becoming commonplace with Air India, leaving passengers stranded and feeling helpless. This level of negligence is unacceptable. I urge the authorities to step in and hold the airline accountable. Travelers deserve better treatment."

Earlier that day, Air India had also canceled six flights, further exacerbating the situation for many travelers.
