Fraud Case Unfolds in Agra
A shocking incident has emerged from Agra, Uttar Pradesh, where a young man was lured into a marriage scam by a remarkably attractive woman. He was invited to meet her, and during their conversation in a car, he was manipulated into parting with two lakh rupees. Following this deceit, both the woman and her accomplice vanished without a trace. The victim promptly reported the incident to the police, who have since registered a case and initiated an investigation.
Marriage Proposal Leads to Financial Loss
Deependra Gurjar, a resident of Ghorira in Bhind, Madhya Pradesh, had discussed a marriage proposal for his younger brother, Shivraj, with a woman named Aarti just eight days prior. She had requested two lakh rupees for the meeting. On Friday, Deependra arrived at Ram Bagh with his friend Udal and a driver. During this time, two men and another individual appeared, introducing him to a stunning woman who quickly convinced him to agree to the marriage. It was during this interaction that the victim was swindled out of two lakh rupees.
The woman, identified as Anjali, claimed she needed to step out of the car to speak with her sister. In the process, she also took the victim's mobile phone. Despite waiting for her return, Anjali never came back, and the others involved disappeared with the money.
Victim Files Police Report
Realizing he had been conned, the victim went to the police station to report the incident. Following his complaint, the police have filed a case and are actively searching for the suspects.
