Event Focused on Emotional Wellbeing and Education

Bhopal. A program titled 'Stress Management, Digital Wellbeing, De-addiction, and Value-Based Education' was organized by the Brahma Kumaris Spiritual University at Makhanlal Chaturvedi National University of Journalism and Communication. The event took place in the Nalanda Library, where faculty members and officials of the university participated. During the session, author and emotional expert Mr. Hitesh Tuteja emphasized the importance of reconnecting with nature, stating that personal transformation is essential.




As educators, it is crucial to emotionally connect with students and approach our work with joy. Understanding and recognizing ourselves from within is necessary. Following this, Hema Didi from the Spiritual University in Bhopal led a meditation session. The event also saw the presence of Mamta Didi and Narayan Ji from the university. Notable attendees included Prof. Dr. P. Shashikala, the university's registrar, and financial controller Rajesh Singh, along with several other officials and educators. The program was coordinated by Prof. Dr. Sanjay Dwivedi, head of the Department of Journalism, while Prof. Dr. Avinash Vajpayee, head of the Media Management Department, facilitated the proceedings.
