New Delhi: A SpiceJet flight heading to Leh had to return to Delhi early Tuesday morning due to an engine malfunction, as reported by sources.


The Boeing 737, designated as flight SG121, was carrying approximately 150 passengers at the time of the incident.


A representative from SpiceJet confirmed that the flight, which was en route from Delhi to Leh, had to turn back after encountering a technical problem.


The spokesperson assured that the aircraft landed safely back in Delhi, and all passengers were able to disembark without any issues.


Sources indicated that the aircraft experienced an engine-related problem.
