Earth Day Celebrations at DAV Public School Gohju

Students at DAV Public School, Gohju marked Earth Day with enthusiasm and creativity, engaging in various activities aimed at raising awareness about the importance of environmental protection.

Children from Nursery, LKG, and UKG participated in enjoyable and educational activities that were both fun and informative. Meanwhile, students from Class VI showcased a thoughtful project focused on the Solar System, highlighting Earth’s exceptional role as the only planet known to support life and the critical need for its preservation.

In addition, Class VIII students addressed significant environmental challenges through a creative project that emphasized the loss of plant and animal species. Their work effectively communicated the necessity of environmental stewardship and sustainability.

Principal Mr. Vishal Katoch praised the students for their initiatives and urged everyone to embrace eco-friendly practices, especially in reducing plastic usage. He emphasized that individual efforts can lead to substantial changes in protecting our planet.
