Shubanshu Shukla Returns Safely from Historic Space Mission

Successful Return of Astronauts
Today, all eyes were on the Dragon spacecraft floating in the California sea as it successfully brought back four astronauts, including Shubanshu Shukla, after an 18-day mission in space. The news of Shubanshu's safe return has sparked celebrations across the nation, with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and many others extending their congratulations.
Shubanshu Shukla participated in the Axiom-04 mission, which took him to the International Space Station (ISS). The Dragon spacecraft landed safely on Earth at 3 PM today, marking the end of a remarkable journey where Shubanshu conducted seven experiments during his stay at the ISS. He has made history as the second Indian to travel to space and the first to visit the ISS.
PM Modi Welcomes Shubanshu
Prime Minister Narendra Modi took to social media to welcome Shubanshu back, stating, "After his historic mission in space, Shubanshu has returned to Earth. Along with all fellow citizens, I join in welcoming him. As the first Indian astronaut to visit the ISS, Shubanshu has inspired millions with his dedication and courage. This could be another milestone towards our own human spaceflight mission, Gaganyaan."

Defense Minister Rajnath Singh also shared his pride in Shubanshu's return, posting, "All Indians are proud of Group Captain Shubanshu Shukla's historic return under the Axiom-4 mission. He has not only touched the skies but has also elevated India's aspirations to new heights. His journey to the ISS and back is a proud moment for the entire nation. I wish him all the best for the future."
A Father's Joy
Shubanshu's father, Shambhu Dayal Shukla, expressed immense joy at his son's return, stating that they are eager to reunite with him as soon as possible.

Union Minister Jitendra Singh also expressed happiness over Shubanshu's return, noting, "The experiments conducted by Shubanshu in space will benefit the entire world. India has proven its capabilities."
