Tragic Incident in Warangal District

A deeply disturbing incident has emerged from Warangal district in Telangana, where a man brutally murdered his pregnant wife and their two young daughters in a shocking act of violence. The perpetrator attempted to disguise this triple homicide as an accident, but thorough police investigation revealed the truth behind his deceit.

Initially, the accused, Azharuddin, misled the police by claiming that his wife and daughters slipped while walking near a swimming pool and drowned. The authorities initially treated it as a tragic accident; however, inconsistencies in his statements and technical evidence soon pointed suspicion towards him.

The motive behind this heinous act was revealed to be rooted in his desire for a son. Azharuddin and his wife, 26-year-old Farhat, were in a love marriage and already had two daughters, aged 8 and 6. Farhat was pregnant for the third time, and sources indicate that Azharuddin had learned that they were expecting another girl. He pressured Farhat to undergo an abortion, and when she refused, he devised a horrific plan to eliminate his entire family.

During the investigation, police discovered that the CCTV cameras in the swimming pool area had been turned off just before the incident. This pool, located near the Warangal-Khammam National Highway, was the family's primary source of income. On the night of the incident, while the family was near the pool, Azharuddin allegedly drowned all three of them. By the time relatives arrived after hearing the commotion and rushed them to the hospital, it was too late.
