Murder Investigation Leads to Arrests

Raja Raghuvanshi Murder Case: During their honeymoon in Meghalaya, Raja Raghuvanshi was allegedly murdered, leading to the arrest of his wife, Sonam Raghuvanshi, along with four accomplices. A local court in Shillong has placed them in police custody for eight days, as confirmed by an official. Meghalaya's Director General of Police, I. Nongrang, revealed that the investigation took a turn when a 'mangalsutra' and a ring were discovered in a suitcase left behind by Sonam at a homestay in Sohra.

Minister's Remarks on Moral Education

Kailash Vijayvargiya's Statement: Describing the murder case as a stain on Indore, Madhya Pradesh Cabinet Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya commented on the importance of instilling values in children. Speaking at the inauguration of various development projects in his constituency, he emphasized that without proper moral education, children could end up like Sonam, the main accused in this case. He stated, 'While educating children is essential, it is equally important to teach them values. Without values, children can become like Sonam, who has brought shame to our Indore.'

Consequences of Lack of Values

Vijayvargiya's Warning: He further warned that if children receive only academic education without moral guidance, they may behave like 'animals' and lead a savage life. He recalled a teaching from Sadhvi Kankeshwari Devi, who mentioned that a woman devoid of shame, love, and compassion resembles the demon Putana, who attempted to kill Lord Krishna.
