A disturbing incident in Gujarat has emerged as a chilling example of a heinous murder that breaks the boundaries of familial relationships. This narrative revolves around a 75-year-old man and his daughter-in-law, whose illicit affair ended in bloodshed and brutality.

The deceased has been identified as Jagdish Sharma, who, despite his age, was reportedly leading a colorful life. Investigations revealed that he had an unlawful relationship with his daughter-in-law, Manisha Sharma. Their connection was not merely physical; it also involved financial transactions, with Manisha accepting money from her father-in-law in exchange for their relationship.

As time passed, the plot thickened. Reports indicate that Manisha connected with another individual through social media, who promised her dreams of a life abroad. To realize this dream, she sought ₹2 lakh from Jagdish.

This demand marked the beginning of a rift in their relationship.

Jagdish refused to provide the money, not only denying her request but also humiliating her and obstructing her plans to travel abroad. This rejection deeply upset Manisha, leading to a dangerous mix of greed, anger, and thwarted aspirations.

On the day of the incident, both were in a private room at home. According to investigations, Manisha first attacked Jagdish with a knife on his private parts, followed by multiple blows to his head with a hard object. The elderly man succumbed to his injuries on the spot.
