On January 11, a man named Jagdish was murdered in Khetapur Jahangirpur, Amroha. His family expressed suspicion towards his wife, Babita, who appeared to be secretly pleased about her husband's death. During police questioning, Babita revealed a shocking motive behind the crime.

A startling incident has emerged from Amroha, where a woman conspired with her lovers to have her husband killed after they had taken vows to live together. The assailants discarded the body by the roadside. The police have arrested Babita along with two other accomplices in connection with the murder. The body of the 40-year-old man was discovered near Karanpur Mafi village on the Amroha road. The deceased was identified as Jagdish from Khetapur Jahangirpur. Authorities sent the body for a post-mortem examination, which revealed that Babita had illicit relationships with two men named Rihan and Shah Nawaz.

Jagdish was aware of these affairs and opposed them. According to police reports, on the morning of January 11, Babita summoned her lovers, Rihan and Shah Nawaz, to her home under the pretense of needing medicine for her husband. During this time, the accused murdered Jagdish and disposed of his body by the roadside. The police have apprehended the suspects: Rihan, son of Usman, Shah Nawaz, son of Salamatullah, both residents of Panju Sarai, and Babita. Mobile phones belonging to the accused were also recovered.

ASP Amroha, Rajiv Kumar, stated, 'On January 11, a body was found in Hasanpur, identified as Jagdish from Khetapur Jahangirpur. Based on the complaint filed, the police registered a case. The investigation revealed that Jagdish's wife had an illicit relationship with Rihan, who, along with his friend Shah Nawaz, was responsible for the murder. All three suspects have been arrested and sent to jail.'
