Shocking Love Story: Woman Leaves Family for Nephew, Marries in Temple

Banka: In a surprising incident from Bihar's Banka district, a woman has abandoned her home, husband, and children to elope with her nephew and marry him in a temple. What makes this situation even more shocking is that she sent her husband a message with their wedding photo. Let's delve into the details of this unusual case.

The incident took place in a village in the Amarpur area of Banka, where Shivam Kumar married Poonam Kumari in 2014. The couple had two sons together. Initially, their relationship seemed stable, but over time, Shivam became increasingly absorbed in work, leading to a growing distance between them. A significant factor contributing to this rift was the arrival of a new family member, Ankit Kumar, who is Poonam's distant nephew.

Shivam had no objections to Ankit visiting their home, but little did he know that this familial bond would shatter his dreams.

Love Blossoms with the Nephew
As Ankit frequently visited, the closeness between him and Poonam intensified. Eventually, one day, Poonam left home with their two sons without any warning. Shivam was left bewildered, searching for answers from neighbors, relatives, and friends, but to no avail. His distress escalated until he received a shocking message on Monday night.

‘I Have Married Ankit Now’
Poonam sent him a photo showing her marrying Ankit in a temple, accompanied by the message: ‘I have married Ankit now.’ This revelation left Shivam in disbelief, with his primary concern being the welfare of his children. He promptly filed a complaint at the Amarpur police station, seeking the safe return of his children. He expressed his fears, stating, ‘What have my children done to deserve this? I can only imagine how they are being treated.’

Investigation Underway
The officer in charge at the Amarpur police station confirmed that a case has been registered based on Shivam's complaint. The police have initiated a search for the woman and the children, and the investigation is being conducted with all aspects taken into consideration.
