A startling incident has emerged from Panipat, Haryana, where a young man was kidnapped while visiting his girlfriend. According to police reports, the young man's girlfriend orchestrated the abduction.

Caught in a Web of Deceit

The accused girl initially befriended the victim, a resident of Dehradun, through social media, along with four of her friends. After exchanging phone numbers, a romantic relationship developed. The young man became so infatuated that he traveled to Panipat at her request, believing she wanted to spend time with him at a hotel.

Ransom Demand of 2 Million

Upon arriving at the Moon Hotel in Panipat, the young man booked a room and awaited his girlfriend's arrival. However, as they were about to enter the room, four men suddenly appeared and forced them into a car. They released the girl but kept the young man captive, demanding a ransom of 2 million rupees from his family. The Panipat police acted swiftly, resolving the kidnapping case within just 30 hours and successfully apprehending the main four suspects.

The Mastermind Remains at Large

Authorities revealed that the mastermind behind the entire scheme, the young man's girlfriend, is still on the run, and efforts to locate her are ongoing. DSP Satish Vats stated that the police sprang into action immediately upon receiving news of the incident, leading to a shocking revelation that the girl had plotted the entire scheme with her friends. Currently, she remains elusive, and the search continues.
