Wife Bites Husband's Tongue During a Kiss

The couple, originally from Ajmer, had been residing in Delhi since their marriage in 2016. They were expecting their first child two years into their marriage. The conflict arose because the wife felt her husband was not providing her with the life she deserved, as he worked as an entertainer at weddings.

This dissatisfaction often led to arguments between them. On a Saturday night, while the husband's family was away for a Ganesh Puja, a heated argument ensued. Despite the tension, the husband managed to reconcile with his wife, and they exchanged affectionate words. However, the wife could not forget the humiliation she felt during their earlier dispute. Fueled by anger, she embraced her husband and drew him in for a kiss, only to bite down on his tongue, severing a portion of it.

As the husband screamed in pain, neighbors rushed to help and took him to the hospital. The police were notified, and upon learning the details, they were astonished. The wife was arrested for questioning, during which it was revealed that she was pregnant.

When the husband was brought to the hospital, doctors quickly assessed the situation and stated that they could not assist him. He was then transferred to Safdarjung Hospital for treatment, where doctors indicated that there was little hope for reattachment of his tongue.
