According to police reports, a young man, his father, and a sorcerer have been arrested in connection with this case. The incident occurred last week when the man's family summoned the sorcerer to perform rituals on the woman. The young woman recounted that the ordeal began at 11 AM and continued late into the night.

During the ritual, she was coerced into smoking a bidi and consuming alcohol. Additionally, she was forced to ingest a mixture of sindoor and ash, and her body was burned under the scorching sun. Due to the relentless torture, her condition deteriorated, leading her to lose consciousness. Concerned about her health, her father filed a complaint with the police, who subsequently arrested the three main suspects. However, the young man's mother, who had initiated the summoning of the sorcerer, remains at large.
