According to police reports, a young man, his father, and a practitioner of black magic have been arrested. This incident occurred last week when the man's family summoned the practitioner to perform rituals on the woman. The victim recounted that the ordeal began at 11 AM and continued late into the night.

During the rituals, she was coerced into smoking a bidi and consuming alcohol. Additionally, she was forced to ingest a mixture of sindoor and ash, and her body was burned under the harsh sun. Due to the relentless abuse, her condition deteriorated, leading her to lose consciousness. Concerned for her well-being, her father reported the situation to the police, who subsequently arrested the three main suspects. Notably, the young man's mother, who initiated the call to the practitioner, remains at large.
