A disturbing incident has emerged from Bengaluru, where a young woman filed a complaint stating that someone recorded her while she was bathing. The police acted swiftly, apprehending the suspect shortly after the report.

Allegations of Voyeurism

According to the complaint, a 23-year-old woman alleged that a man attempted to film her in the bathroom of her residence in Vinod Homes, Garudachar Palya, on the night of April 29 around 9:30 PM. The police took the matter seriously and arrested an individual in connection with the case.

Details of the Incident

The FIR indicates that the victim was taking a shower when she noticed an unknown person trying to record her with a phone. Startled, she screamed, prompting the suspect to flee the scene.

Victim's Mental Distress

The victim, who works as a software engineer, expressed that she has been mentally distressed since the incident. The accused, identified as Karthik, is a 30-year-old married man with an MBA, employed at a private firm in Bengaluru. Following the complaint, the police registered a case and detained the suspect.
