A troubling incident has emerged from Baghpat district, where a woman was found with her lover in a hotel. This event unfolded within the Baraut police station's jurisdiction, as the woman's husband sought to catch her in the act, enlisting the help of a police officer. In a dramatic turn of events, the woman escaped by leaping off the hotel roof.

According to reports, the woman hails from the Chaprauli area under the police station's jurisdiction. She had been involved in a counseling case at the women's cell located at the SP office alongside her husband. After attending a third mediation meeting, she took a bus from Baghpat to Baraut. Upon arrival, she met her boyfriend and headed to the 'Holiday Hotel.'

The husband, secretly trailing her, alerted the police by calling Dial 112, prompting them to respond to the scene. As the police arrived at the hotel, the woman, in a state of panic, jumped from the roof, approximately 12-13 feet high, to avoid being caught and fled the scene. A bystander recorded the incident, and the footage is now circulating widely on social media.
