Hamirpur News: A horrifying case of domestic violence has emerged from Hamirpur district in Uttar Pradesh. A man has crossed all limits of brutality by not only beating his wife mercilessly but also biting her cheeks and nose in a fit of rage. The injuries are so severe that a portion of her nose has been severed. This incident took place in the Birhat village of the Chikasi police station area.

According to the complaint filed with the police, a man named Amaruddin reported that his sister Pana was married to Phool Khan, a resident of Tola village in the Rath Kotwali area. Since their marriage, the couple has frequently experienced conflicts and disputes.

Violence Erupts After an Argument

On Wednesday night, an argument broke out between the husband and wife. The dispute escalated to such an extent that Phool Khan lost control. It is alleged that he beat Pana until she was nearly unconscious. Once she was incapacitated, he viciously attacked her face, biting her nose and cheeks with such force that pieces of flesh were torn away.

Need for Plastic Surgery, Referred to Jhansi

Pana, who was severely injured and bleeding, was immediately taken to the community health center. Given her critical condition, doctors provided initial treatment before referring her to Jhansi Medical College. According to medical professionals, Pana required ten stitches on her cheek, and due to the severe damage to her nose, she will need plastic surgery.

Police Action

The Chikasi police have registered a case against the accused husband Phool Khan and his father Habib based on Amaruddin's complaint. Police officials have stated that they are conducting raids to locate the suspects and will apprehend them soon.
