Disturbing Footage from Noida Daycare

A horrifying incident has emerged from a daycare in Noida's Sector 137, where CCTV footage reveals a 16-year-old caretaker abusing a 15-month-old girl. The unsettling 10-minute video is likely to cause anxiety for any parent considering such facilities for their children. The footage depicts the young girl being slapped, thrown to the ground, and subjected to other forms of mistreatment.

The ordeal began when the child's parents noticed unusual bruises on her thighs, initially suspecting an allergic reaction. Concerned, they sought medical advice, only to discover that the marks were actually bite wounds. Alarmed by this revelation, they requested to view the daycare's CCTV footage.

In the video, the child can be seen crying as the attendant violently strikes her, forcefully bangs her head against a wall, and intentionally drops her. This incident has raised significant concerns regarding the safety measures in place at the daycare.

Sandeep and Monica, the girl's parents, had been sending their daughter to the daycare for two hours each day since May 21. They were assured that three teachers would supervise the children, unaware that their daughter would be left with the teenage attendant. "We were told that our child was very happy there," Sandeep recounted, noting that they paid Rs 2,500 for the service.

Upon confronting the daycare owner about the abuse, the parents claim they were met with verbal threats and hostility. In response to the incident, a case has been filed at the Sector-142 police station against the caretaker and the daycare's owner, Charu, who is married to Rishi Arora. The police have since detained the accused and are pursuing further legal action.

Authorities from the Gautam Budh Nagar BSA and child welfare organizations are also taking steps against the daycare center, with necessary actions already in progress.
