Disturbing Incident in Muzaffarnagar

In a troubling incident from Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh, a brother-in-law and sister-in-law have found themselves in serious legal trouble due to an illicit affair. Their relationship escalated to the point where the sister-in-law became pregnant. To conceal their actions, the brother-in-law arranged for an abortion, leading to a shocking turn of events.

After the abortion, the couple disposed of the fetus in a garbage heap within the city. This act eventually came to the attention of the police, who began an investigation by reviewing over 100 CCTV cameras in the area. The footage revealed the couple's involvement, resulting in their arrest.

The sister-in-law's sibling expressed disbelief, stating she would have remained unaware of the situation had the police not intervened. She felt betrayed by both her husband and sister.

During a press conference, SSP Sanjay Kumar Verma disclosed that the fetus was discovered on June 24 near the garbage dump at the Roorkee Chowki Chungi. Initially, a report was filed against unknown individuals as the police sought to uncover the truth. Inspector Umesh Roriya led a team that meticulously examined the CCTV footage surrounding the crime scene.

Legal Action Against the Couple

The police have apprehended Abhishek and his sister-in-law Priya, both residents of North Rampuri. Investigations revealed their illicit relationship, which led to Priya's pregnancy. To avoid detection, they resorted to abortion and disposed of the fetus, which was reportedly six months old. The police are continuing their investigation and have assured that strict action will be taken against the accused.
