The 43-year-old woman from Tilak Nagar had experienced three failed marriages, with each husband leaving her. She was involved with another man, who deserted her upon discovering her pregnancy. Six months after giving birth, both the mother and her child were diagnosed with a serious illness.

It was revealed that both the mother and her infant son tested positive for HIV. Struggling with financial difficulties and the mounting costs of treatment, the woman tragically took the life of her six-month-old child by suffocating him with a pillow while he slept in a cradle.
