Allegations of Abuse and Coercion

In Narmadapuram, Madhya Pradesh, a young man has been accused of forcibly changing his best friend's gender and subsequently abusing him. The victim has filed a complaint against his friend, Shubham Yadav, although the accused has yet to be apprehended.

The victim approached a police station in Bhopal to report Shubham, who resides in Gwaltohli, Narmadapuram. According to the complaint, Shubham allegedly used tantric practices to alter the victim's gender, coercing him to live as a female. The victim recounted that Shubham first drugged him, then held him captive for 18 days at knifepoint, during which he was subjected to various forms of abuse. The accused also reportedly committed acts of violence against him in a hotel in Narmadapuram, continuing to administer drugs.

Forced Identity Change

Shubham threatened the victim, warning him that if he disclosed the events to anyone, he would ruin his reputation. The victim stated that Shubham changed his name to Twinkle and created an ID under this name, along with a medical certificate, to erase his true identity.

Coercion and Isolation

The victim revealed that he was taken to Indore, where he was subjected to a forced gender change operation. Since the incident, he has been unable to leave his home. Shubham instructed him to tell everyone that he had been in an accident. The victim's family remains unaware of the situation.

Following the incident, the victim stayed indoors for six months, paralyzed by fear due to Shubham's threats of public humiliation. After filing the complaint, the Bhopal police registered the case as zero and forwarded the diary to the Narmadapuram police station, where an investigation has commenced.
