The allegations state that he offered money and sexual favors in exchange for sending her daughter to him. Following these serious accusations, the police officer has been suspended, and reports indicate that he is currently on the run.
According to reports, ASI Rajesh Jadhav made inappropriate comments to the woman while she was in custody for questioning related to a fraud case involving approximately 80 lakh rupees. Allegedly, he told her, 'You are very beautiful, and your daughter must be beautiful too. Send her to me, and I will give you 10,000 rupees.' Distressed by his remarks, the woman filed a complaint with a female police officer present at the station.
Police Administration Takes Action
Upon receiving the complaint, the police administration acted swiftly, with Akola's Superintendent of Police, Archit Chandak, suspending the accused ASI immediately. As reported by a media outlet, officials recognized the seriousness of the situation and formed three special police teams to locate the suspect. Senior Police Inspector Anil Jumle, who is leading the investigation, confirmed that a formal complaint has been registered and efforts to apprehend the accused are ongoing.
