Sheopur MLA Babu Jhandel Sends Relief Supplies to Flood-Affected Areas

Relief Efforts for Flood Victims in Sawai Madhopur

On August 29, 2025, Sheopur MLA Babu Jhandel initiated the distribution of relief supplies for villages impacted by flooding in the Sawai Madhopur district. He flagged off a team from the Bhaugika Mitra Mandal to deliver essential aid. During this event, the MLA urged the Rajasthan government and local administration to conduct an immediate assessment of the damage caused to crops, homes, and properties due to the floods, and to provide compensation to those affected.

The relief effort saw the participation of several local leaders and community members, including Rishikesh Karmoda, Dinesh Gothra, and various representatives from the Bhaugika Chauraha Mitra Mandali. They were joined by village head Ramroop Rawat Bagduwa, along with numerous others who came together to support the initiative.

This initiative aims to provide immediate assistance to those suffering from the effects of the flooding.
