These comments come in light of the recent virtual signing of a 14-point Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) by US President Donald Trump and Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian. The agreement aims to end hostilities between the two nations, reopen the Strait of Hormuz, and initiate a 60-day negotiation process regarding sanctions and Iran's nuclear program.
