Destructive Winds Hit Langate

On Friday evening, powerful winds swept across Langate in the Kupwara district of North Kashmir, leading to significant damage to both property and infrastructure. Witnesses noted that numerous private vehicles parked along the roads in the Qaziabad and Kralgund Market areas suffered extensive damage as rooftops and electric poles collapsed.


The storm also resulted in the destruction of multiple electric cables and rooftops, causing a total blackout in the region.
