Over the past 24 hours, heavy rainfall has resulted in the blockage of at least 269 roads, affecting 285 electricity transformers and 278 water supply systems. According to the latest situation report from the State Emergency Operations Centre (SEOC), Mandi district has been the hardest hit, with 200 roads rendered impassable due to the relentless downpour.
