Allegations of Emotional and Sexual Abuse

A woman from Ghaziabad has leveled serious accusations against RCB bowler Yash Dayal, claiming he has subjected her to emotional deception, mental harassment, sexual exploitation, and false promises of marriage. Following her complaint, an FIR has been filed against Dayal in the Indirapuram police station area of Ghaziabad.

The victim asserts that she has been in a relationship with Yash Dayal for the past five years. During this time, she not only placed her trust in him but also in his entire family, as he introduced her to them, and they accepted her as a daughter-in-law. What seemed like a dream turned out to be a false promise.

According to the FIR, the individual allegedly subjected her to emotional, mental, and physical abuse. He maintained a relationship under the guise of a false promise of marriage, treating her as a spouse, which deepened her trust in him.

Upon realizing that these were all false promises, she confronted him and sought the truth, only to face physical violence and mental torment.

The woman has accused Yash of having relationships with several other women as well. She claims to possess substantial digital evidence against him, including chats, screenshots, and recordings of video calls. She believes these pieces of evidence can fully substantiate her claims and play a crucial role in the investigation.

It is noteworthy that the woman had initially contacted the women's helpline number 181 on June 14, but her case did not progress at the local police station. Consequently, she was compelled to seek justice from the Chief Minister's office.

In this case, Yash Dayal has been charged under Section 69 of the Indian Penal Code, which addresses sexual exploitation and deception based on false promises. If the allegations are proven, he could face a sentence of up to 10 years.
