In the Imphal West district of Manipur, security forces have apprehended an individual linked to a prohibited organization. This information was disclosed by the police on Saturday.

According to police reports, the member of the United National Liberation Front (Pambei) was taken into custody on Friday in the Moirangkhom area of the district.

An official stated that during separate operations in Churachandpur and Imphal East districts, security personnel also seized weapons and ammunition. The items recovered on Friday included rifles, cartridges, pistols, and grenades.
