In a shocking incident from Russia, a woman has reportedly lived with her deceased husband's body for nearly four years. This case highlights the extreme lengths to which some individuals may go when grappling with loss and denial. The woman, who has two daughters, kept her husband's mummified remains in their shared bed, refusing to accept his death.

To maintain silence about the situation, she allegedly threatened her children, warning them that if they spoke out, they would be sent to an orphanage.

Reports indicate that 49-year-old Vladimir died under mysterious circumstances in their separate home four years ago. Svetlana, his wife, wrapped his body in a blanket and brought it into their bedroom.

The situation came to light when social workers visited the home to check on the family. They discovered not only Vladimir's body but also Svetlana's two daughters, aged 17 and 8, along with her 11-year-old twin sons. Previous visits by social workers had failed to notice the corpse.

According to reports, the couple had argued shortly before Vladimir's death, during which Svetlana allegedly cursed him, leading to his sudden collapse and death.
