Effective Resolution of Land Issues at Rural Service Camp

Jaipur, August 3. The rural service camps organized by the state government are proving to be an effective means for the swift and transparent resolution of long-standing issues faced by the public. In a recent camp held in the Nagarajpura village of the Tunga tehsil, a long-standing land dispute among co-owners was amicably resolved, providing significant relief.

The agricultural land dispute involving Madhusudan, son of Mohanlal, and Ramesh Chand, son of Ghiyas, concerning the co-owned land identified by Khasra number 102 had been pending for an extended period. The lack of land division had caused both parties difficulties in agricultural activities, revenue-related tasks, and accessing various government schemes.

During the rural service camp, revenue officials examined the case and facilitated the division of land based on revenue records through mutual consent. This action brought an end to the years-long land dispute, granting both co-owners separate rights to their respective portions of land.

Upon resolution of their issue, the beneficiaries expressed their gratitude towards the state government and the officials working at the rural service camp. They noted that the camp enabled a quick resolution to a long-standing problem, ensuring that they would no longer face difficulties in agricultural work, loans, government schemes, and other revenue-related matters.
