Security Measures for the Festival

On June 22, Chief Minister Mohan Charan Majhi held a high-level meeting to review security arrangements for the Rath Yatra. The government is committed to making this year's celebrations secure and well-organized.


Special Train Services for Devotees

The East Coast Railway (ECoR) has announced the operation of 365 special trains during the Rath Yatra. These trains will connect various locations in the state, including Rourkela, Birmitrapur, and Balasore, to Puri. Additionally, special services will be available from Visakhapatnam (Andhra Pradesh), Gondia (Chhattisgarh), and Santragachi (West Bengal). These trains will primarily operate on key days of the festival to ensure convenience for the devotees.
