Record-Breaking Success of 'Dhurandhar'

Mumbai, January 7: Ranveer Singh's recent film, "Dhurandhar," has set new records at the box office, emerging as the highest-grossing Indian film ever in a single language.

Yash Raj Films, the esteemed production house behind the film, celebrated this achievement, describing it as a 'milestone moment in Indian cinema.' They shared their congratulations on social media, stating, “DHURANDHAR is not just a film... it’s a landmark in Indian cinema that will be remembered for years to come. Kudos to Aditya Dhar and Jio Studios for achieving this historic milestone (sic).”

The studio praised director Aditya Dhar for establishing a new standard in Indian filmmaking.

“As the visionary behind the project, Aditya Dhar's clear vision, bold storytelling, and relentless pursuit of quality have set a new precedent for Indian cinema,” they remarked.

They also recognized the entire cast and crew of "Dhurandhar" for their dedication and creativity.

Produced by Jyoti Deshpande, Aditya Dhar, and Lokesh Dhar under the banners of Jio Studios and B62 Studios, the film features a stellar cast including Ranveer Singh, Akshaye Khanna, Sanjay Dutt, R. Madhavan, and Arjun Rampal, along with supporting performances from Sara Arjun, Rakesh Bedi, Gaurav Gera, Naveen Kaushik, Danish Pandor, Saumya Tandon, and Manav Gohil.

Since its release on December 5, 2025, "Dhurandhar" has taken the box office by storm.
