Rajnath Singh Issues Strong Warning to Pakistan on Terrorism
Rajnath Singh's Firm Stance Against Terrorism
On Thursday, Defence Minister Rajnath Singh cautioned Pakistan, stating that if it dares to cast its gaze towards India again, it will face consequences like never before. Singh emphasized that under Prime Minister Narendra Modi's leadership, the Indian government has conveyed a clear message to the world: terrorism will not be tolerated under any circumstances.
Speaking at a public gathering after unveiling a statue of Rajput ruler Rao Duda in the town of Merta, Singh remarked, "Perhaps Pakistan will think twice before attempting to look towards India again. I want to make it clear today that if Pakistan tries to raise its gaze towards India once more, it will face repercussions that have not been seen before."
He further stated, "Our policy has always been to not provoke anyone, but we will not back down if provoked." Referring to the recent terrorist attack in Pahalgam, he noted that terrorists were targeting individuals based on their religion. Singh asserted, "Our Indian culture teaches us that there should be no division based on caste or religion. We believe in justice and humanity. However, terrorists from Pakistan have been asking people about their religion before shooting them down."
Singh expressed that the entire nation was outraged by this incident. He added, "We responded decisively, leaving the enemy in shock. We have demonstrated that India is no longer a country that will silently endure attacks. If anyone attacks our citizens, we will retaliate directly in their territory. This message has been conveyed."
He concluded by stating, "Just as our soldiers are safeguarding the nation's borders, our government is also aligning its plans with them. Under the leadership of our Prime Minister, India has made historic changes to its security policy over the past decade. We have sent a clear message to the world that we will not tolerate terrorism in any form."
