Rajasthan Government Enhances Youth-Focused Initiatives via My Bharat Portal
The Rajasthan government is taking significant steps to enhance youth engagement through the My Bharat Portal. Chief Secretary V. Srinivas has directed the integration of various youth welfare schemes into this platform, ensuring that young individuals can easily access opportunities related to education, skill development, and employment. The initiative aims to create a single-window solution for youth, promoting active participation in the state's development. With innovative programs and a focus on collaboration among departments, the My Bharat Portal is set to empower the youth of Rajasthan.

Strengthening Youth Welfare Programs
Jaipur. Chief Secretary V. Srinivas emphasized the need to connect the state government's youth welfare schemes with the My Bharat Portal to ensure that every young individual in the state can easily access benefits related to education, skill development, employment, volunteering, sports, innovation, and various welfare programs. He instructed all departments to work collaboratively to integrate youth-related schemes, programs, and services onto the portal in a timely manner.
During a review meeting at the government secretariat on Wednesday, the Chief Secretary assessed the progress made by various departments in implementing the My Bharat Portal in accordance with the Chief Minister's directives. He noted that the portal, developed with the support of the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, is being empowered as a single-window platform for youth. This initiative aims to provide young people with access to government schemes, skill development, internships, volunteering, employment, sports, and innovation opportunities all in one place.
In the meeting, the Chief Secretary reviewed the youth registration campaign on the My Bharat Portal, progress by department, district-level performance, special registration drives in schools, colleges, and universities, the appointment of My Bharat Campus Ambassadors, nodal officers, and the formation of district-level committees. He urged for an acceleration of the campaign to ensure maximum youth participation.
He directed officials to strengthen inter-departmental coordination and make the My Bharat Portal the primary platform for all youth-centric initiatives of the state government, enabling every young person in the state to connect with government schemes and opportunities, thereby actively contributing to the development of Rajasthan and India.
Additional Chief Secretary of the Youth Affairs and Sports Department, Praveen Gupta, shared that the state government is continuously enhancing youth engagement through innovative programs such as the Drug-Free Youth – Developed India Campaign, Fit Rajasthan, Sports Volunteering, Developed India @2047, Vibrant Village Program, Experiential Learning Programs, and Elderly Care.
State Director of My Bharat, Devendra Vyas, provided a presentation on the Rajasthan-specific chapter, integration of departmental resources, Experiential Learning Program (ELP), My Bharat Campus Ambassadors, advisory and coordination committees, feedback boxes, idea boxes, and the progress of digital resources being developed for youth.
The meeting was attended by various senior officials from departments including Skill, Employment and Entrepreneurship, Higher and Technical Education, School Education, Social Justice and Empowerment, Medical Education, Women and Child Development, Agriculture, Panchayati Raj, Rajasthan Youth Board, and the National Service Scheme (NSS).
