Rahul Gandhi's Upcoming Bihar Visit

On Friday, Congress leader Rahul Gandhi is set to embark on a one-day trip to Bihar. During his visit, he will engage in discussions with various women's groups in Gaya district and participate in a ceremony in Nalanda, among other activities.

A leader from the Bihar unit of Congress indicated that Gandhi is expected to arrive in Gaya around 10:30 AM. He will also visit the Dashrath Manjhi Memorial located approximately 40 kilometers from Gaya city, where he plans to meet with members of Manjhi's family.

Dashrath Manjhi, famously known as the 'Mountain Man,' is celebrated for carving a 360-foot long and 30-foot wide path through the hills using only a hammer and chisel over a span of two decades starting in the 1960s.

As the Leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Gandhi will address the 'Constitution Conference' at the Rajgir International Convention Center (RICC) in Nalanda. Before heading back to Delhi, he is also scheduled to visit the renowned Mahabodhi Mahavihara temple in Bodh Gaya.

This visit comes ahead of the state assembly elections scheduled for later this year.
